Returns

All sales are final. No returns no exchanges. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If package is missing or damaged (Priority) and insurance was bought please note we have to go through a third party. - Missing packages have to wait at least 30 days to initiate claim - Damaged item can be initiated right away (Please have pictures of item damaged and the packaging from outside ) - For both missing packages and damaged items there is an investigative timeframe. Please be patient with this timeframe as it is not up to our company (again we use a third party and USPS investigation team) We are not responsible for packages with wrong address. During checkout please make sure you place the correct address as we cannot always make changes to address after order is submitted. If we have a returned package due to return to sender we will invoice you for a new shipping charge and notify you. We can cancel an order without notification due to items not in stock or problems shipping. If this does happen you will receive a notification and a refund will be processed right away however it can take a couple of business days to reflect in your bank account.

Please note we will not cancel or refund any orders made incorrectly on our website for pick up. If you accidentally placed a pick up order and want it shipped please let us know, we will invoice you the shipping charge in order to send the order.

We can not cancel orders if they are submitted and paid, we will process the order according to your invoice.
