What are Pre-Orders?

Pre-Orders are items we can purchase with a discount however they are not shipped right away like our regular orders.

How long will it take to ship my Pre-Order?

Pre orders can take 2- 4 weeks however if we have the item before we will ship out as soon as possible.

What if I order a mix of items Pre-order and regular items in stock ?

 The order will be shipped out until all of the items are ready, if you want us to have the ready to go items shipped you can let us know and we can invoice you for the shipping charge since there would be two different shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order?

 No, we can’t cancel any order containing preorders
